We have four positions at Pearland West with set schedules and flexible Saturday rotation. You will respond to secure messages, handle Glia interactions, review remote deposit items, and provide technical support for

Qualifications

Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone and in writing using electronic media (email, Glia, etc.).
Basic IT vocabulary is helpful.

Responsibilities

Answer member calls with account information questions, and provide accurate information on policies and procedures with moderate supervision.
Educate members on the credit union's products and services to provide financial services appropriate for their needs.
Assist members with electronic communications, payment types and account access (Glia, Direct Home Banking messages, check and credit cards by phone, remote deposits of checks, bill pay, Zelle).
Achieve or exceed established service goals.
Open new accounts and handle subsequent electronic channel requests.
Authorise release of collateral on existing loans, changes in terms and payment date adjustments.
Assist members in loan applications by collecting/updating pertinent information.
Identify reportable transactions under the Bank Secrecy Act and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
