Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's Consumer & Retail Group (CRG) offers an Associate Summer Consultant internship spanning 10 weeks. Interns gain hands-on experience by embedding in client projects, starting with onboarding bootcamp and continuing with 8 weeks on real engagements alongside CRG consultants.

You will receive mentorship, have opportunities to network with CRG and A&M professionals, and participate in curated events that foster career growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree or Non-MBA master's from a top university.
• Internship experience in consumer/retail, consulting, or finance-focused corporate roles preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Strong analytical mindset and data fluency.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to distill complex insights.
• Creative thinker with a knack for building tools and solving problems.
• Commercially savvy with exposure to proposal development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (Monday–Friday).
