Responsibilities

Provide department leadership with cross-functional oversight.
Plan, assigns, and monitors workflow to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with risk partners and auditors to close gaps and remediate issues.
Support third party vendors to ensure quality, SLAs, and SOW compliance.
Champion change management of strategic initiative implementation.
Identify staff training and development needs for exempt and nonexempt teammates.
Prepare annual performance reviews and recommend salary increases.
Resolve escalated customer or service issues to maintain best-in-class service.
