Responsibilities

• Provide department leadership over cross-functional staff.
• Plan and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Act as SME with risk partners and external auditors.
• Support third-party vendors to meet SLAs and SOWs.
• Champion change management for strategic initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate process risks in department and bank.
• Resolve escalated customer or service issues to deliver best-in-class service.
• Identify training needs and develop staff accordingly.
• Prepare annual performance reviews and recommend salary increases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
