Job summary

M Booth is seeking an Account Coordinator for its Consumer Brands team. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer activations, and coordinated program elements.

You’ll be the backbone of the account team, ensuring timelines stay on track and communications flow smoothly, while you learn and contribute to a dynamic consumer PR practice at a bold, equitable agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong written communication and clear tone.
• Polished presence and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools.
• Develop relationships with key media contacts.
• Craft pitches, conduct outreach, and secure coverage.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build influencer rosters aligned with campaigns and track performance.
• Coordinate internal/client calls and circulate detailed recaps.
• Support monthly and programmatic reporting.
