Job summary

M Booth is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Consumer Brands team in a collaborative mid-sized agency. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer initiatives, and creative activations.

As the backbone of the account team, you’ll keep projects organized, timelines on track, and communications flowing smoothly, while contributing to media outreach, influencer collaborations, and program reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience (internships included).
• Polished in-person and virtual presence with confident voice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools and begin developing relationships with key media contacts.
• Craft compelling pitches, conduct outreach, and secure coverage.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts; support influencer campaigns and activations.
• Support brand events, media desksides, and other tactical program elements; track performance metrics.
