M Booth is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Consumer Brands team. This role supports two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns, including earned media, influencer, and creative activations.

You will help manage media lists, craft pitches, coordinate product sendouts, and track influencer performance across campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with account leads to keep projects organized, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (internships included).
• Polished (in-person and virtual) presence and confident voice.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset.
• A natural interest in consumer culture, social platforms/trends, news cycles, and how brands participate in cultural conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer, and creative activations.
• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools; begin developing relationships with key media contacts.
• Craft compelling pitches, conduct outreach, and secure coverage.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build curated influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives, themes, and target audiences.
• Track influencer deliverables and gather back-end performance metrics.
• Begin to manage influencer relationships, including outreach, contracting, and content review, with team guidance.
• Catalog and archive final creator assets for reference and recapping.
