M Booth is seeking an Account Coordinator for the Consumer Brands team in a remote-friendly role. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns, including earned media, influencer activations, and creative assets.

As backbone of the account team, you will manage timelines, communications, and project organization while collaborating with managers and cross-functional partners to measure impact and drive programs forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong written communication skills with clear tone and grammar are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media lists and relations to secure coverage.
• Develop influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives and audiences.
• Coordinate internal/client calls, set agendas, and circulate recaps.
