M Booth & Associates is seeking an Account Coordinator to support two leading consumer brands. You’ll execute integrated PR campaigns including earned media, influencer activations, and communications across media and online channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (internships included).
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and grammatical precision.
• Polished presence and confident voice.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A natural interest in consumer culture, social platforms/trends, news cycles, and how brands participate in cultural conversations.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision).
• Develop relationships with key media contacts and craft pitches to secure coverage.
• Build influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives and track deliverables.
• Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, contracting, and content review.
• Coordinate internal and client calls, set agendas, and circulate recaps.
• Oversee account organization, brand assets, media trackers, and shared drive.
• Coordinate product sample inventory and shipping for activations.
• Support execution of brand events, media desksides, and other program elements.
• Monitor earned media coverage and update trackers in real time.
• Support monthly and programmatic reporting.
• Communicate project status and capacity with team leads.
