Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Loan Officer to analyze and interpret consumer loan applications, prepare files for approval, and ensure compliance with loan policy within our risk framework.

The role supports lending policies and procedures across our bank network. The position requires 2–4 years of lending experience, strong analytical and customer service skills, and proven ability to manage multi-tasked underwriting with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or equivalent experience in consumer or residential lending.
• 2-4 years previous lending experience.
• 2 years of experience in consumer lending focusing on policy and procedures recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications in a timely manner, including ordering flood insurance, title insurance, hazard insurance and preparing documents.
• Gather, analyze and interpret loan applications and credit information to process documentation.
• Create monthly reports from automated consumer loan system and Excel.
• Order and review flood certifications, title policies and appraisal requests.
• Assist in training bank personnel on Consumer Lending issues.
• Prepare and track Adverse Action letters and follow-up letters.
