Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a sales-focused loan professional in Tennessee to originate new loan business with customers and evaluate their needs for suitable loan and optional products. You will complete applications, explain processes, and address questions while supporting a growing consumer loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor and strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Eligibility to obtain insurance licenses to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products and processing.
• Assist borrowers by addressing concerns and implementing strategies for problem loans.
• Close loans and assemble folders; manage file organization and related tasks.
• Maintain day-to-day servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
