Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, or incentive-based).

• Ability to meet background and credit history standards and pass pre-employment screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing (criminal background check).

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follow up.
• Explain loan processes and respond to questions about products and processing.
• Close loans and manage loan folders and files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and service an expanding portfolio.
• Resolve customer issues with analytical approaches.
