Job summary

You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and serve as a role model for the team. The position offers a base salary of $36,000 per year plus an uncapped bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers; follows up with applicants.
• Explains loan process and products to potential borrowers.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Meet or exceed loan goals; manage a growing loan portfolio.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments; maintain insurance log.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
