Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail sales, goal-oriented, or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor and strong communication and customer relations skills are a must.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend the best consumer loan solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers, and follows up with applicants.
• Explains the loan process and answers questions about loan products and processing.
• Maintains insurance log and processes insurance claims and payments daily.
• Provides excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
