Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and loan products to borrowers.
• Close loans and manage loan portfolios.
