Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Charleston, SC is hiring for a consumer loan role. This position offers a competitive salary of $32,000 per year (paid hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, and full benefits.

You will originate new loan business, evaluate customer needs, complete applications, close loans, and service a growing portfolio. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen and licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follow up.
• Explain loan process and answer questions regarding products and processing.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and work with management on strategies.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and service a growing portfolio.
• Resolve customer issues using analytical skills.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
