Job summary

Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Consumer Loan Servicing Associate to support the operational integrity of the bank's consumer loan portfolio. You will safeguard data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and bank policies while coordinating with branches and other departments to resolve issues and fulfill requests.

The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, timely servicing and strong customer service, with a focus on maintaining high standards of data quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of cash handling with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily.

Responsibilities

• Books and funds consumer loans with accurate system setup and documentation.
• Maintain loan, collateral, and servicing records for the loan life cycle.
• Assist with internal, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Process loan payments, payoffs, automatic payments, and other servicing transactions.
• Handle servicing requests and perform account maintenance and corrections.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
