Qualificações

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience preferred.
• Banking or lending industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Upload and store supporting loan documents.
• Handle loan collection activities and title processing.
• Ensure accurate credit reporting and compliance with FCRA.
