Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process approved loan applications and disburse funds for new consumer loans.
• Perform collateral security and loan disbursement tasks; manage AutoDrafts and liens.
• Prepare loan documents and ensure compliance with loan policy and applicable laws.
• Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, and chat; provide counseling on complex issues.
