Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a CS Loan Issuer/Title Support to manage loan applications, disburse funds, and service consumer loans. You will collaborate with dealers and agencies, handle member communications, and ensure compliance with loan policies.

The role covers pre-issue review, collateral security, and title processing, with duties extending to dispute resolution and daily security of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• High School (Required) Any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Process approved loan applications and disburse funds for new consumer loans.
• Continual servicing of all consumer loans and recasting of loan payments for corrections.
• Review loan data and ensure it complies with PSECU loan policy.
• Secure collateral and disburse checks for various loan types.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Answer member calls and emails, provide counseling on complex issues.
• Assist testing of new loan products and support other Credit Services areas.
• Back up management and processing of loan titles, liens, payments and disputes.
