Sun Federal Credit Union in Ohio seeks a Consumer Loan Officer to provide a full range of lending products and services to members, with a focus on acquiring, expanding, and enriching member relationships. Responsibilities

• Interviewing, taking applications, gathering information, processing documentation, and decisioning consumer loan requests within authority level.
• Counsels members regarding money management and financial matters including credit report reviews and alternatives when loan requests are denied.
• Cross-sell and refer members to other specialists based on member needs.
• Execute branch business plan and outbound member communications as assigned.
• Act as Branch Concierge/Lobby Manager in a High-Touch, High-Tech environment.
• Develop and maintain quality member relationships, provide personalized service, and meet service level expectations.
• Receive, review, process, and coordinate consumer and business loan functions, including processing preliminary documentation and closings.
• Assist in servicing loans and manage automatic transfers and workout arrangements as needed.
• Offer SunGuard payment protection, GAP, and MRC coverage to members and identify additional lending opportunities.
