Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Systems Administrator to handle system updates, release coordination, and documentation. You will resolve day-to-day issues with teams and vendors, support the full release process, and learn ICCU's consumer lending systems while aligning with growth goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of system administration or 2+ years in the financial industry, with experience in Jira/Agile and SQL preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Business preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of system administration experience or 2+ years financial industry experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working in projects, troubleshooting systems, and/or loan applications required.
• Jira, Agile, and/or other project experience preferred.
• SQL coding experience preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to build reports and understand IT infrastructure.
• Experience with financial industry technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform system updates, testing/coordinating new feature rollouts, and identifying new opportunities within the application to meet ICCU growth and strategic goals.
• Effectively resolve day-to-day system issues working with team members and 3rd party vendors.
• Support the release process starting from development work to post-production rollout support.
• Create and maintain system related documentation.
• Ensuring that budgets are adhered to, and deadlines are met.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Translate business requests to technical requirements and propose solutions.
