Job summary

Frontwave Credit Union is seeking a Lending System Administrator to act as the technology expert for enterprise lending applications and to support business units with development and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes maintenance, testing, and support of lending systems, collaboration across departments, and engagement with external vendors to maximize IT investments in pursuit of Credit Union goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum Of Three Years Of Work Related Experience.
• Experience with consumer, real estate, and commercial originations platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of Keystone, Meridianlink, Temenos lending/collection, Abrigo, and Empower platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all data and lending systems operate effectively and securely.
• Review and implement system hotfixes and upgrades.
• Communicate system upgrades and release notes to management and staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and LOS providers on updates and enhancements.
• Develop test plans for in-house and vendor enhancements and fixes.
• Provide release direction and monitoring of new or revised systems.
• Assist in creating procedural documentation for lending department.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business resumption testing.
