TEKsystems seeks a Commercial Lending System Administrator to support and optimize lending platforms from San Diego, CA. You will act as a liaison among lending operations, technology teams, and vendors, resolving issues, gathering requirements, and driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes system configuration, workflow optimization, and strong stakeholder communication, with an intermediate level and a fully onsite work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial lending platforms and vendor coordination.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Proficiency in UAT and system upgrades/implementations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize commercial lending platforms.
• Serve as primary point of contact for system issues and user support.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution.
• Partner with lending ops to understand processes and system needs.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional solutions.
• Support UAT, enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.
• Coordinate with internal tech teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Track defects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize lending workflows.
• Act as SME on commercial lending systems and processes.
