Job summary

Leaders Credit Union is hiring a Consumer Lending Analyst to join our Lending team. You will work on underwriting consumer loan applications and manage the Loan Origination System (LOS) to support lending operations.

You will review loan documents, ensure compliance with lending policies, and collaborate with dealers and members through the approval process while contributing to system improvements and testing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consumer lending underwriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or similar field.
• Hands-on experience with a Loan Origination System (LOS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate loan documents to ensure adherence to lending policies.
• Decide on approvals, counters, declines, or requests for additional information.
• Maintain LOS configuration, permissions, and workflows with IT and LOS vendor.
