Qualifications

• Three or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking.
• Sell side M&A experience preferred.
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in transaction execution and client management.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Conduct industry research and business due diligence.
• Participate in marketing efforts.
• Develop client presentation materials.
