Spring Health is seeking a Consumer Partnerships Director to own strategy and execution of consumer-facing alliances that drive top-of-funnel growth and measurable acquisition. This senior role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships with consumer platforms, marketplaces, and AI ecosystems.

Fully remote, travel <10%. You will partner with product, marketing, analytics, and legal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and track partner ROI across a growing network.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in partnership strategy, business development, or a sales role with a strong focus on consumer acquisition or growth.
