Job summary

Manna is seeking a Consumer Growth Manager to design and execute a US growth strategy with a Tulsa focus. You will lead the consumer growth playbook, drive promotions, CRM, demand generation and repeat orders to turn interest into sustained growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to remove growth blockers, test initiatives, and scale successful activities across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth B2C start-up or scale-up, ideally in food delivery, marketplaces, mobility or other location-based consumer business.
• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution, improving acquisition, order frequency and retention via CRM, promotions and activations.
• Experience identifying growth blockers and working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumer order volumes as the key KPI for the role.
• Run the Tulsa consumer growth playbook across promotions, local CRM, demand generation and initiatives to drive repeat orders.
• Use CRM channels (push, email, SMS) to boost engagement, repeat orders and retention.
• Test promotions and campaigns, scale successful activity, and partner on vendor co-promotions.
