Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking attorneys to defend financial services clients in both state and federal courts. • Work requires a working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and other federal and state consumer protection statutes.
• Responsibilities include representing mortgage servicers and/or originators in contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, title disputes, and related claims.
• Works primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit.
