Job summary

M Booth is seeking an Account Coordinator for our Consumer Brands team. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns with earned media, influencer activations, and creative outreach.

You’ll build media lists, craft pitches, manage influencer relationships, coordinate events, and assist with reporting. This role offers growth in a collaborative mid-sized agency with a people-first culture and opportunities to learn across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of experience (internships included) preferred.
• Strong presence and confident communication both in person and virtually.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset.
• Interest in consumer culture, social platforms/trends, and how brands participate in cultural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools and begin developing relationships with key media contacts.
• Craft compelling pitches, conduct outreach, and secure coverage.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build curated influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives and track deliverables.
• Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, contracting, and content review.
• Catalog and archive final creator assets for reference and recap.
• Manage account organization, client folders, brand assets, and media trackers.
• Oversee product sample inventory and shipping for activations.
• Support events, media desksides, and other tactical program elements.
• Merchandise notable coverage and flag breaking news.
• Support monthly and programmatic reporting.
• Proactively communicate project status and capacity with managers.
