Job summary

Frost in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Commercial Banking Learning Specialist to design and deliver training for the Commercial Banking team. You will create materials, presentations, and assessments that drive employee development and align with Frost's core values.

You will collaborate with Banking leadership, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure programs stay current with industry changes. Occasional travel may be required for program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Commercial Banking, Credit, Training, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for Commercial Banking, including materials and assessments.
• Ensure FS University delivers the right materials to build knowledge for Commercial Banking roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to customize programs and ensure accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes and update training materials.
• Track participant progress and ensure training compliance.
• Uphold integrity, caring, and excellence in all outcomes.
