Frost is seeking a Consumer Banking Product Supervisor - Training Developer to lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize product strategies with integrity and excellence. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and delivering top-tier customer experiences within Frost’s 150-year banking legacy.

You will guide product work, ensure compliance, and stay attuned to industry trends to drive enhancements that benefit customers and the organization alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in banking product operations.
• 5+ years of consumer banking experience.
• Knowledge of bank laws and regulations.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members.
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met.
• Stay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
