BOK Financial is seeking a Financial Center Leader in Oklahoma City. The role drives branch performance through coaching, customer engagement, and community involvement.

You will participate in a comprehensive 9-week Banking Navigator training and lead a high-performing team in a multi‑channel environment. The position emphasizes development planning, sales and service excellence, and risk/compliance awareness to deliver best-in-class client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of directly related management/supervisory experience or 5-7 years of equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to motivate teammates through in-person and virtual coaching methods.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills including effective communication.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute retention and growth activities for the financial center.
• Oversee branch experience and deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Lead coaching, development, and performance management of team members.
• Grow branch revenue through acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts.
• Develop partnerships with other bank lines of business and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in local community activities and promote the BOKF brand.
