Job summary
Carnival Cruise Line in Miami seeks an Analyst for Consumer AI Analytics & Insights to measure, analyze, and optimize AI initiatives' performance and impact. You will partner with senior leaders to develop KPI frameworks, evaluate initiatives, and communicate outcomes that drive guest, commercial, and operational value.
The role combines analytics, BI, and AI performance measurement to support AI investments and prioritization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, project coordination, or business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop KPI frameworks and measurement plans for AI initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify AI opportunities across customer, loyalty, marketing, and operations.
- Create dashboards and scorecards tracking AI adoption and business value.
- Measure revenue impact, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Support AI performance measurement from pilot through production deployment.
- Design and support experimentation and A/B testing frameworks.
