Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Manager of Consumer AI Solutions to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products, copilots, agents, and intelligent workflows across customer experiences, marketing, ecommerce, and operations.

You will lead solution architecture, prototyping, and integration efforts, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business value while scaling AI capabilities and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Development, or related field
• Experience designing, developing, or implementing AI-powered applications and solutions
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies and large language models
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI solutions including copilots, agents, and workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical AI solution plans
• Develop prompts, agent instructions, and integrations for consumer and employee experiences
• Build proof-of-concepts and rapidly test AI use cases
• Partner with Technology teams to operationalize AI solutions
• Support the execution of AI roadmap through hands-on development
• Evaluate AI use cases across customer engagement, marketing, personalization, ecommerce, and operations
• Research emerging AI technologies and best practices
• Recommend tools and platforms to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, and vendors on design and deployment
