Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Manager of Global Sourcing Analytics to lead dashboards and analytics across Global Travel, Global Gaming, and On‑Board Media Content. You will partner with COE, IT, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions and AI-enabled insights.

You will oversee Power BI dashboards, maintain data integrity, and mentor teams while collaborating with strategic sourcing partners to optimize cost and efficiency in a large, in‑office South Florida environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with strong communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint experience required.
• 5–8 years in analytics, BI, or data analytics with dashboards experience.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for Global Sourcing.
• Analyze dashboards and datasets to inform negotiation strategies and recommendations.
• Lead data analytics projects with IT, COE, and Finance collaboration.
• Serve as Power BI subject matter expert and ensure dashboard integrity.
