Job summary

Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking an Analyst for Consumer AI Analytics & Insights to measure and optimize AI initiatives. You will build KPI frameworks, analyze diverse data, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and value realization across guest, commercial, and operational metrics. The role requires strong analytics, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of analytics or related experience.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI preferred; testing/QA experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards for AI initiatives.
• Analyze customer, loyalty, marketing, ecommerce, and operational data to identify AI opportunities.
• Create dashboards and scorecards tracking AI adoption, effectiveness, and business value.
• Support AI performance measurement from pilot through production deployment.
• Prepare executive presentations and insights for leadership reviews.
