Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Affairs Supervisor to lead the Consumer Affairs team and manage enterprise-wide programs.

You will develop SOPs, response scripts, and monthly consumer reports for Senior Leadership and facilities, while analyzing QA data to detect trends and ensure data integrity. You will collaborate with Brand VPs and Managers to protect brand integrity, act as primary contact for consumer inquiries with Sales and Legal teams, and oversee records, sample retrieval,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or related area.
• 5+ years as a team leader in consumer affairs or call center management.
• Experience in documentation writing or related report/technical writing.
• Food & beverage industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in analytics and software (Tableau, Datarails, CoPilot; MS Word/Excel/Access).

Responsabilités

• Lead Consumer Affairs support team and program.
• Develop procedures, SOPs, and response scripts.
• Prepare monthly consumer reports for leadership and facilities.
• Analyze QA consumer data for trends and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Brand VPs/Managers to protect brand integrity.
• Serve as primary contact between Consumer Team and Sales.
• Oversee sample retrieval, chain-of-custody, and coupon orders.
• Support regional QA teams in trend assessment and root cause investigations.
• Maintain department records and analytics.
• Other duties as assigned.
