Job summary

JuneShine Brands seeks a Quality Analyst to uphold product quality across the portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Quality and covers routine checks, data collection, and small-scale projects. You will support the Quality Department with flexible coverage, ensuring compliance and traceability across finished goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional laboratory experience in Nutraceutical, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing industries.
• Fundamental understanding of food & beverage manufacturing; batching, in-process checks, GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve documentation for finished goods release (COAs, batch records, packaging records).
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation.
• Log and trend quality data in spreadsheets/databases for data integrity.
• Identify out-of-trend data and assist in troubleshooting quality issues.
• Perform microbiological testing and media preparation per protocols.
• Maintain finished product library for investigations and traceability.
• Perform benchtop formulations to support qualifications and risk assessments.
• Lead investigations for Quality Incidents from root cause to corrective action.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols.
