Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead multi-shift manufacturing of carbonated drinks. You will oversee daily activities, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety across shifts.

The role requires strong English communication, bilingual Spanish preference, and a flexible full-time schedule. You will collaborate with QA and facilities to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a consumer packaged goods facility.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-shift production of carbonated soft drinks.
• Direct daily activities and long-term objectives with other managers.
• Coach and influence staff to improve performance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and workplace safety.
• Investigate manufacturing problems and identify root causes.
• Coordinate staffing across locations and shifts.
• Report quality issues to QA and assist in corrective actions.
