Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a multi-shift operation, ensuring safe, efficient processing and quality packaging of carbonated beverages.

You will coach teams, drive improvements, enforce GMP, and coordinate with other departments to meet production objectives and schedules. The role requires 5+ years in supervision in a CPG setting, strong English communication, and willingness to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a CPG facility.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Computer literacy with Excel and Word.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Favorable background and drug screen.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including weekends.
• Must provide own transportation to locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of carbonated soft drinks across multiple shifts.
• Direct daily activities and long-term objectives of the department.
• Coach and influence employees under supervision.
• Provide supervision for 1–3 shifts in a 7-day operation.
• Monitor product quality through periodic inspections.
• Lead root-cause investigations for manufacturing problems.
• Ensure GMP compliance and staff safety.
