Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in US-IN-Carmel is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team selling Canon hardware, software, and document solutions with hybrid work options in the Indianapolis area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in sales leadership, including managing at least two full‑time staff. Base salary ranges from $61,800 to $92,520 with additional incentive compensation potential and a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full‑time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
• Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
• Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales representatives to success.
• Achieve 100% of quota through management of a team.
• Forecasts and submits accurate plans and forecasts with representatives.
