Manager Role

Managers are vital at Huron, managing projects, leading teams, and building long-term client relationships. They serve as change leaders, delivering results aligned with client goals and mentoring junior staff to promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and achievement. Our Managers can specialize in areas of expertise while gaining exposure across our performance improvement practice. Required Skills
  1. Lead initiatives to streamline procurement, inventory, and distribution processes to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
  2. Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous supply chain improvements.
  3. Manage complex performance improvement projects and oversee junior team members effectively.
  4. Synthesize complex data sets and interpret trends to implement impactful recommendations.
  5. Communicate professionally and clearly, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Collaborate with teams and clients to understand challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Demonstrate team leadership through talent development, coaching, and performance feedback.
  8. Manage utilization and complete required training and compliance courses.
Core Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly (Monday-Thursday) and work extended hours as needed.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in training, project management, and technical skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Direct supervisory experience and preferred experience in matrixed organizations.
  • 6-8 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
Preferred Experience
  • Hospital operations, process re-engineering, or performance improvement leadership.
  • Project management within consulting, focusing on cost, workforce, or supply chain.
  • Experience managing costs and workflows in post-acute care settings.
  • Clinical leadership in care delivery, workforce planning, and digital health strategies.
Compensation

The base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $151,800 - $206,250. Benefits include health coverage and wellness programs. Salary is commensurate with experience, skills, and market factors.
