Responsibilities and Skills

As a Manager, you will:

  • Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple client engagements, overseeing junior team members.
  • Synthesize complex data to implement performance improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead project teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and adapt methodologies.
  • Build and mentor talent, providing training and feedback.

The estimated base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated at $151,800 - $206,250. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
