Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. You will work directly with clients across industries to enhance sales, marketing, customer service, eCommerce, order management, operations, and accounting functions using platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (OPT, H-1B, TN, etc.).
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willing to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows; strong critical thinking to assess outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solution designs.
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes and KPIs.
• Analyze and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in configuring, customizing, and implementing enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Support design and configuration of workflows, forms, automations, and basic scripting.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Create business requirements, user stories, design documentation, and process maps.
• Perform system testing, debugging, QA, unit testing, and UAT.
• Support deployment activities and end-user adoption with training materials.
• Assist with financial modeling and business case development.
