West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Software discipline and Software Engineering team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. Our Software team works across diverse industries such as startups, finance, healthcare, insurance, and energy.

As a Software Engineering (AI Concentration) Consulting Intern, you will work with a product team to understand clients’ business needs and strategies, delivering AI-enabled and modernized software solutions, including

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• We require a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Willing to reside within 50 miles of assigned West Monroe office and travel up to 50%
