Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Software discipline and TechEx practice. You will work with a product team to understand client needs, delivering AI-enabled software solutions from modernized legacy systems to AI agents and web/mobile apps.

You will learn from mentors across software engineering, product development, and consulting, collaborating with senior engineers, managers, designers, and executives in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree with expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.).
• Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs.
• Utilize an Agile approach for iterative product delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes.
