Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant in West Memphis, AR. You will build meaningful connections with customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales with uncapped commissions. Expect a dynamic environment with training and advancement opportunities.

Youll work 9am-9pm, including weekends, and may assist with inventory and store operations. Prior sales experience helps, but we also provide the tools to succeed and meet goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You"ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training will be provided.
