AT&T in Memphis is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales with a consultative approach. You will help customers select devices and services to meet their needs, balancing a fast-paced environment with attentive service.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with uncapped commission opportunities and performance-based pay. Prior retail experience is a plus, and this role offers generous benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers.
