AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Owasso, OK. You will engage customers with a consultative approach, help them explore options and services, and contribute to a dynamic team focused on meeting sales targets.

You'll participate in community events, process online orders, and handle outbound calls to customers. The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with a competitive commission structure and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
